Secure Print and Roaming on Mobile Devices in conjunction with print2Forms.

App to control the Print2form Routers

For secure printing and for roaming (often referred to as follow-me printing), waiting printing orders are called up by the user on the router as soon as you are in front of the printer and the printouts can be received directly.

With the help of this app, printing orders stored on the router can be listed and printed on a previously selected printer. It is also possible to delete pressure orders that are not required.

The desired printer can be selected either via a selection menu within the application or by photoconating a QR barcode on the printer.

For the identification of the user compared to the Print2forms router, new account objects were introduced in Print2Forms, which depicts the user name (which was transmitted when printed) on a combination of a purely numerical user number and a numerical pin code.

This makes the registration procedure quite easy and quick, which increases acceptance among users.
