Service Call has two categories of end-users: Service Providers and Customers.
Service Call recognizes two categories of end-users: Service Providers and Customers. The Service Call
platform is designed to be a meeting point for potential Customers and registered Service Providers for
the purpose of engaging in a transaction(s) for the provision of an agreed upon service(s).
Customers have free access to the platform via the App. (Service Call), which is available for download
on the Google Play Store and the Apple Store, to engage with any and all registered Service Providers
based on the listed service categories. Customers are required to sign-up for the service, similar to other
social media services, using their legal name, address, email and contact number (mobile). The App.
requires the Customer to share the location of the registered device, which is only activated when using
the service. Service Providers can be discovered via the list of Business Categories for the required
service(s). Service Providers are listed primarily by the location closest to the Customer. The Discovery
list can be adjusted by the Customer to reflect Service Provider rating. User information is visible only to
the user up to and until a job has been confirmed and the Service Provider engaged through on the
platform.
